Basis for processing:
We do not collect any personal data directly from our website. All contacts we use within the business are collected via emails requesting information, details taken over the telephone, using data from past sales, trade shows or day-to-day sales calls from our external sales teams. Our primary lawful source of personal data is via legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(f)), and under the lawful basis of being necessary for the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(b)).

Personal data is processed entirely for the legitimate interest of maintaining contact between us and you (our customer or potential customer) in order to deliver our service and fulfil any contracts which exist between us. This also relates to any marketing of products and training days, or other marketing purposes, that we feel would be of interest to you. This includes sending you information about our products, participation in training days or webinars, or other informative marketing purposes, which we think you may find interesting. We use the Salesforce and ActiveCampaign applications to store your data for the purpose of coordinating sales and marketing efforts and to send you requested information about products or services we offer.
